Laura White, President
Laura is the founder and executive director of The Grace International Lactation Center. She thanks God and gives Him the glory for the vision and blessing of this ministry. Laura has worked with mothers and babies for over 35 years in the hospital and community as a registered nurse, childbirth educator and International Board-certified Lactation Consultant. She also travels abroad with her mission team to minister to women, children and families all over the world. She is excited and honored to meet all who come to The Grace International Lactation Center.

Leah Goggins, Director
With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, Leah has had the privilege of serving in diverse healthcare settings, from home care to hospitals. Her passion for maternal and infant health has led her to join the Grace International Lactation Center Board of Directors, where she is honored to contribute to a faith-filled ministry dedicated to supporting mothers and their babies. Leah believes in the power of God’s love in sharing compassion and nurturing in every aspect of care, and she is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of families in the community we serve.

Silvana Marino, Treasurer
Silvana is a mother of three sons, a grandmother, and has been a foreign language teacher for twenty years. She believes in teaching and educating women in the art of breastfeeding, and nurturing the body, soul, and spirit as well. She is passionate about this community that aids a younger generation of women to connect and receive support in fulfilling the high calling of motherhood.

Lisa Henriquez, Secretary
Lisa is a mother of two amazing children. She has a Master's degree in Modern Languages and has been teaching for over 25 years. She actively serves in her local church and community. Lisa is passionate about missions and frequently travels to serve on teams both in the U.S and abroad. She is grateful to serve on the board of Grace International Lactation Center and be a part of a faith based organization that serves mothers and children.

Nichole Swan, Director
Nichole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a credentialed Pastoral Counselor with a deep passion for serving others. She is passionate about supporting women who have experienced trauma, offering hope, healing and the unconditional love of Jesus. As a dedicated BCBA, she is honored to work with the special needs community, bringing compassion, understanding and joy into every interaction. Her life's mission is to empower, uplift, and walk alongside others on their journey toward restoration and purpose.
